Beyond legal information, the LICM offers several services to groups on campus and in the community:
The LICM hosts its Know Your Rights campaign several times a year, where volunteers table across campus to share information with students about their rights as students, tenants, and employees.
The LICM facilitates Just Info presentations, legal workshops on a specific area of law, to student clubs and community organizations. The content of the workshops is tailored to your group’s specific needs.
The LICM offers free court accompaniment to the Rental Board and the Small Claims Court. A volunteer can attend the hearing with you, provide moral support, and explain procedure.
